How to Purchase an Ad
Ads in The Lamppost are $10 for 25 words and $1 for every extra word. All prices are in Canadian dollars.

Feel free to submit ads for which we do not yet have a category.
How to Pay Via Paypal
If you do not have a Paypal account, go to step 1 .
If you already have a Paypal account, go to step 2 . Step 1: Apply for a Paypal account
You will need an e-mail account and a bank account or credit card.
Go to the Paypal registration page (click here). Complete the necessary forms and follow all the instructions.
Make sure to add a bank account or credit card to your Paypal information and to respond to the verification e-mail that Paypal will send you.
Step 2: Log in to Paypal
Go to Paypal.com and enter your e-mail address and password.
Once you are logged in, click on the "Send Money" tab at the top of your screen.
In the box marked "Recipient's e-mail" type: advertising@republic-news.org
Type in the proper dollar amount below and ensure that the "Currency" box is set to Canadian dollars.
In the "Type" box, please select "Service"
You can enter your classified ad in the "Note" box or you can send it in a separate e-mail. Ads will not be printed if payment is not received.
Click "Continue" and follow all instructions until the transaction has been completed. |
