Too much stuff
Dear Republic:
We certainly continue to enjoy the paper. I especially enjoyed William Kay's analyses of the military maneuvers in Iraq and Kevin Potvin's nifty idea on car insurance.
I would love to read more about two things I have read or heard about in passing: 1) a "crisis in overproduction" in the economy (which I take to be code words for "there's too much stuff people don't want"), and 2) that 40% of all manufacturing is done now in China. What are the conditions of workers there?
Thanks for keeping up the good work.
