Santa’s not the only one who’s been making lists

Acces is a Kenyan education organization Executive Directed by East Vancouver’s Rick Juliusson. They do great work to enable children and adults in extremely poor regions of Kenya to get an education, even of the higher kind, so they return to their villages as professionals and so build up their own communities’ strength and cohesion the better to resist the ravages of AIDS and the pillaging of global corporations that prey on uneducated masses.

Everything good in this world takes money; that’s why evil-doers try to sew it all up first. Donations are welcome, as is volunteered time and energy. Just a little of each goes a very, very long way in an unequivocally good cause.

See what they need in terms of equipment and help, or throw a couple nights’ beer and cigarette money at them, Lord knows they’ll do better with it than you will.
